"Gift card feature was about what I hoped for"
I used Groupgreeting for a coworker’s card and added a gift card, and it worked pretty much the way I expected it to. I’d heard it was easy for groups, and that ended up being true in my case — everyone was able to chip in without much confusion. It did take me a minute to find the gift card option, but once I spotted it, the rest went smoothly.

"Quick and easy payment"
I paid in no time, and my receipt came through right away. Couldn't really ask for a smoother experience

"Logging in is thankfully hassle-free"
I’ve used GroupGreeting a handful of times now, the login part has been super easy every time. Which is nice, because I’m usually trying to get in quickly, add my message, and move on to the next thing. No random account issues, no getting locked out, no “why is this not working?” moment. It just opens up and lets me get to the card, which is really all I need.

"Super easy for the whole team"
I made a group card right from my phone, and my coworkers were able to sign it from their own devices without any issues. It loaded quickly and was simple enough that even the less techy people on our team had no trouble with it. I was curious if others had the same smooth experience, because it worked really well for us

The progress tracking didn’t really help much. It showed that things were moving along, but it didn’t tell me who was actually done, which was kiiinda frustrating.

"Super easy to control who can see it"
I really liked that the card didn’t feel like it was just out there for everyone to see. Sharing the link was quick and easy, and I could choose who had access, which was a big plus. It felt secure enough for work messages but still simple enough to use for family stuff too...

"Super easy dashboard for organizing cards"
Not gonna lie, I used GroupGreeting for a coworker’s leaving card and the organizer dashboard made the whole thing way easier than I expected. I could quickly see who had signed, send reminders, and check on the card without having to click around a bunch.

I also really liked that everything was in one spot, like the delivery time and the share link. It kept things simple with no confusion or extra emails. I’d definitely use it again.

"A smooth experience when we needed a work card fast"
I first used groupgreeting.com when our team needed to pull together a last-minute card for a coworker, and I was expecting at least one tech hiccup. But the site loaded right away, the card was easy to open, and everyone was able to sign without any issues. Since then, I’ve used it a few more times for work cards, and it’s been consistently quick and reliable. It never froze or went down on me, which is really the biggest thing I care about when a bunch of people are trying to add messages. Sending the card was smooth too. So far, I’ve had no complaints.

"Surprise ruined by a preventable delivery issue"
The delivery didn’t make it on time, and it completely ruined the surprise I had planned. It was really disappointing because this feels like something that should’ve been preventable with better communication or handling...

"Cute cards and easy to personalize"
I really liked all the card designs, and it was sooo nice being able to change the message and add my own pics. A few of the layouts took me a minute to figure out, but overall it worked smoothly.

"Handy shortcut for reusing old cards"
I really like being able to duplicate an old card and tweak it instead of building a new one from scratch every time. My brain immediately goes, “Okay, use the last birthday card as the template,” and it saves me a bunch of clicking when we’re doing work birthdays or leaving cards.
The only thing I’d improve is making the copied card a little easier to edit in bulk, because I still have to hunt around and change a few bits manually. But overall, it’s simple, useful, and does exactly what I need.

"Covers basically every occasion ever"
I’ve used this for birthdays, a farewell, and even a baby shower, and I was way more excited about that than I probably should’ve been. It’s just so nice not having to panic-search all over the place for different kinds of cards every single time something comes up

"Looks fine, printing was a pain"
The card looked good when I was making it online, so I thought it would be quick, but then downloading and printing got annoying. I just wanted a normal PDF option, nothing fancy, and somehow it felt more limited than it should have. Maybe it works better if you’re just sending it digitally, but for printing, yeah, not my favorite.

"Pretty frustrating to use"
It took forever to load, and when the messages finally came through, they looked all weird and out of place. Not sure what was going on with that part, but it made the whole thing kind of annoying.

"Signed and done without a fuss"
Everyone got it signed really quickly, and I didn’t run into any issues. I kept checking the little status updates just to make sure nothing was stuck, but everything moved through smoothly

"Felt a Bit Misled by the Design Options"
I used Groupgreeting for a work card and, to be fair, it got the job done. But I felt a little misled by how nice I expected it to look versus what was actually available. A lot of the templates felt outdated or way too busy, and it took a while to find anything that seemed simple and decent. Editing the card was fine, but the finished version still didn’t look as polished as I’d hoped. For the price, I really thought there would be better-looking design options. It wasn’t awful, but it definitely wasn’t as stylish as I expected

Maybe I’m just bad at figuring out timing for group stuff, but setting the date was super easy. It took way less effort than I expected...

"I really appreciate that the cards stick around..."
I really appreciate that the cards stick around after the event is over. I found a group card from last year still saved, and it was such a nice little memory to come back to. I’ve used other sites where things randomly disappear, so my trust in that kind of stuff has definitely worn down a bit, but this made me feel a lot better about using it again.

"I wanted to like groupgreeting because the..."
I wanted to like groupgreeting because the idea is nice, but my first impression wasn’t the best. Right away, it felt a little overpriced for what’s basically a digital card, and that kind of put me off before we even finished making it.
We used it for a coworker and it worked fine in the end. The card looked decent and everyone was able to add their messages, so it did the job. I just don’t think I’d pay for it again unless we really couldn’t find another option

"Fine for small groups, messy for big teams"
We used groupgreeting.com for a really large team card, and it got messy quickly. A few people had trouble getting it to load, and trying to keep all the messages organized felt clunky. It did technically work in the end, but it wasn’t as smooth as the site makes it sound. I’m always a little skeptical of that polished “simple and seamless” company language, and in this case it definitely felt like they were overselling it for bigger groups. Probably fine for a smaller card, but I wouldn’t rush to use it again for a large team.
